The Zion School
Admission

How to Apply

Welcome to The Zion School! We are excited to begin this process and look forward to getting to know you and your family.  The Zion School has open enrollment, so students can be accepted at any time during the year that space is available.

How to Apply

These steps WILL WALK YOU THROUGH THE PROCESS:

1. Schedule a Tour

We invite you to schedule a tour. A school tour is the best way for you to find out about our unique educational experience. We would love to show you our community.

Tours are by appointment only.

School tours generally last about 30-45 minutes and consist of an overview of our programs, a walk through our school, and time for parents to ask detailed questions.

This is for adults only.

2. Submit an Application

The Zion School offers rolling admissions, which means no deadlines for new student applications! Whenever you are ready to join us - even in the middle of the school year – we are ready for you, so long as spots are available.

Submit your online application form and $100 non-refundable application fee.

Applications are valid for one year from the date of receipt.

3. SCHEDULE AN INTERVIEW

Once we have processed your application and completed your tour, you and your child may be asked to come in for an interview and teacher meeting. We will arrange this with you on an individual basis, depending on the child’s age and previous school experience.

During this time, we observe how your child blends with the environment, rhythm, structure, and their potential peers. This is a parent-child meeting.

4. Secure Your Child's Enrollment

Upon acceptance to The Zion School, you will be given an acceptance letter and enrollment contract. The contract should be signed and returned with the non-refundable annual registration fee within 5 business days in order to secure your spot.

If we do not have spaces open for your preferred date of entry, you will be placed in a waiting pool and notified of openings as they become available. Our goal is to balance the classrooms by age of the children, as well as the readiness of the child.
